YOUR ROLE
- Consulting and technical implementation: You analyze our customers' requirements and advise them on the technical implementation of Conversational AI use cases.
- AI Agent Orchestration: You develop hybrid solutions that intelligently combine classic flows with Generative AI nodes to create autonomous and actionable AI Agents.
- Prompt Engineering and Conversation Design: You design and optimize complex system prompts, personas, and guardrails so that the AI responds safely and brand-compliant within the customer context, sounds natural, and offers a pleasant user experience.
- Tool Use & Integration: You enable the AI Agent to not only chat but also perform real actions in third-party systems ("Agentic AI") by connecting to REST-APIs (Backend integration) or via MCP (Model Context Protocol). Of course, connecting to contact center platforms (CCaaS) or telephone systems (PBX) is also part of your tasks.
- Logic & Scripting: You use JavaScript/TypeScript to validate the output of LLMs, transform data formats, and bridge the gap between low-code and complex business logic.
YOUR PROFILE
- Code Competence: You have solid fundamental knowledge in JavaScript/TypeScript, preferably also in Python, as this is the key to making data usable for the agent, even in the age of Generative AI.
- Fascination GenAI: You are intensively involved with the functionality of LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and understand fundamental concepts like Context Window, Tokens, and Embeddings. Experience with relevant Conversational AI platforms such as Cognigy, Parloa, Google, Kore.ai, or Amazon Lex is desirable.
- Prompting Intuition: You have a talent for formulating instructions to an AI so precisely that the desired result is achieved, and you quickly recognize why a prompt fails.
- Web Affinity: You understand the basics of modern web technologies and know what lies behind terms like HTTP request, API, and Frontend/Backend.
- Consulting Mindset: You don't just want to complete tasks, but understand what problem really needs to be solved to provide the best possible technical advice.
- Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills enable you not only to write dialogues but also to critically evaluate and fine-tune the quality of generated AI texts.
