ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead functionally large-scale B2C mobile digital products (white-label platforms present in 40 shopping malls, impacting over 25 million users).
In this position, you will be part of a restructuring in how digital products are built, acting as an AI-Native PM Builder. You will be responsible for the entire pre-development cycle (Product Discovery), being the direct bridge between business strategy and engineering.
Using generative Artificial Intelligence and agent assistants in your daily workflow, your main mission will be to map real problems, make functional decisions, and deliver rich specifications, navigable prototypes, and acceptance criteria ready for the technical team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Discovery & Mapping: Map problems and opportunities with business areas, shopping mall operations, and end consumers, investigating the root cause before proposing solutions.
- Intensive Use of AI in Product Workflow: Use assistants and LLMs daily to accelerate and enrich research, meeting synthesis, specification writing, prototyping, and data analysis.
- Specification and Requirements (BDD): Write rich functional specifications and testable acceptance criteria in the Given/When/Then format, which will directly feed the engineering team's automated tests.
- Prototyping with Design System: Create navigable prototypes using the corporate Design System (directly in Figma or via code/AI tools).
- Autonomous Decision & Prioritization: Prioritize initiatives aligned with strategic objectives, consulting senior stakeholders (legal, business, monetization, architecture) and taking functional decisions autonomously.
- Data Analysis & Guardrails: Define the success metrics for each delivery and the protection metrics (what should not worsen with the release), with autonomy to consult behavioral and performance data without relying on analysts.
- Hand-off: Lead functional refinement with engineering, ensuring a clear hand-off without intermediate roles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in B2C Mobile Products: Solid prior experience as a PM in high-impact B2C digital mobile products, with products in production and real users.
- Proven Practice of AI in Product: Active and daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT Codex) for specification, prototyping, or data analysis — we seek practical and routine use, not just theoretical knowledge.
- Decision Making & Seniority: Ability to make strategic decisions even in scenarios with incomplete information and skill in defending positions with senior stakeholders.
- Data Autonomy: Proficiency in extracting, reading, and interpreting usage data and metrics autonomously (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Databricks).
- Exceptional Written Communication: Excellent writing skills, ensuring functional specifications are clear, rich, and understandable.
- Work Model: In-person Monday to Thursday at the São Paulo (Vila Olímpia) or Rio de Janeiro (Leblon) office, with Fridays remote.
PREFERRED
- Experience in Retail, Shopping Mall, Loyalty Programs, Cashback, or Benefits products.
- Prior experience with White-Label or Multi-Tenant products.
- Experience with payment flows, LGPD, or commercial promotion regulations.
- Skill with advanced prototyping in Figma or prototyping in code.
