Minimum requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, and/or related fields
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, and/or related fields;
- Solid experience in understanding integrated business processes and corporate systems, especially in digital transformation environments and ERP implementation, such as SAP;
- Experience in end-to-end FP&A projects, with strong performance in complex and high-volume environments;
- Experience in data management and quality, including preparation, validation, and support for migration activities, as well as participation in change management initiatives, user training, and process documentation;
- Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, commercial vision, and business acumen;
- Advanced English, with global interface.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in related fields.
Responsibilities and job activities
- Represent the designated end-to-end business process within the IT Foundation Program;
- Act directly in the creation of test scenarios, scripts, and test data, executing test cycles, documenting results, identifying defects, and supporting their resolution;
- Collaborate with IT and business SMEs to validate system behavior in relation to business requirements;
- Plan, develop, review, and validate training materials for functional teams;
- Support the delivery of training, attendance control, and assessment of learner readiness;
- Coordinate activities with Training Leads and Knowledge Management teams;
- Support data cleansing, validation, and preparation activities necessary for cutover and testing, defining contingency plans for critical activities;
- Collaborate with functional owners to ensure data accuracy and completeness;
- Map critical impacts and risks related to the IT Foundation Program;
- Review program communications to ensure accuracy and clarity;
- Support the dissemination of messages to the involved stakeholder groups;
- Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure readiness alignment.
