Desired Technical Skills
- Java
- Angular
- Experience in developing and optimizing prompts to maximize the effectiveness of interactions with AI agents.
- Knowledge in RAG
- Knowledge in MCP
- Generative AI & LLMs: Development with APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI), Prompt Engineering, context strategies, and model optimization (cost, latency, and quality).
- RAG Architecture: Complete implementation (chunking, embeddings, semantic/hybrid search, reranking, vector databases, and accuracy evaluation).
- AI Agents & Integrations: Building agentic workflows, orchestration, memory, tool/function calling, and advanced integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Fullstack Development & Engineering: Backend in Java, Frontend in Angular, microservices architecture, and consumption/creation of REST APIs.
- LLMOps & Quality: Observability, governance, security, evaluation metrics, and CI/CD, Git, and automated testing practices.
The objective of this team will be to build Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions, developing informational agents and intelligent assistants that will transform how we operate and make decisions.
What are we looking for? Developers with an innovative profile, who want to master the integration between software engineering and AI. We have openings for Mid-level and Senior profiles.
