Our AI & Automation area
The AI & Automation area drives the adoption of artificial intelligence and automation throughout the bank. Our role is to establish standards, provide accelerators, and foster best practices that support areas in building scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with business objectives.
Your activities as a CSixer
- Define technical standards for agents, automations, integrations, data, and low-code applications;
- Structure ALM, versioning, review, testing, CI/CD, observability, and environment management;
- Evaluate tools, architectures, costs, risks, integrations, and dependencies;
- Create reusable templates, connectors, components, and accelerators;
- Technically lead MVPs and proof-of-concepts of greater complexity;
- Guide and mentor the team and the area's Champions;
- Define quality criteria for prompts, agents, knowledge bases, flows, and integrations;
- Support the construction of internal tools, portfolio, governance, and monitoring;
- Act in partnership with Architecture and Security.
Minimum requirements
Requirements and experience
- Experience in software engineering, automation, integrations, low-code, or applied AI engineering;
- Proficiency in APIs REST, authentication, data, Git, code review, and DevOps practices;
- Experience with solution architecture, reusable patterns, and complex technical decisions;
- Experience with security, error handling, logs, testing, monitoring, and continuity;
- Ability to compare technologies and make decisions based on context and business needs;
- Skill in mentoring technical and non-technical professionals;
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Copilot;
- Experience with ChatGPT, Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Gemini, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent platforms;
- Knowledge in RAG, agents, MCP, prompt engineering, response evaluation, APIs, and integrations;
- Knowledge in Git, CI/CD, ALM, observability, automated testing, and environment management.
Differentiators
- Experience in regulated or high-scale corporate environments;
- Experience with technical governance of low-code and citizen development;
- Certifications in solution architecture, corporate automation, applied AI, or enterprise platforms;
- Certifications equivalent to the Solution Architect role in low-code and automation ecosystems;
- Experience or certifications related to Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600);
- Microsoft Applied Skills related to creating agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio;
- Certifications in generative AI architecture and engineering;
- Certifications in DevOps, ALM, GitHub, and continuous delivery pipelines;
- Certifications in identity, security, governance, or data protection.
