MAIN ACTIVITIES
Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of agile teams, facilitating ceremonies such as daily planning, review, and retrospective, removing impediments, and promoting collaboration and self-management. Partner with the product owner in organizing demand and work management and in maintaining a continuous flow of deliveries, using agile metrics.
- Facilitate and optimize the functioning of one or more agile teams, ensuring alignment with Scrum and Agile principles and values in a pragmatic way;
- Act at the organizational level, influencing leadership, managers, PMOs, business areas, and operations to remove structural impediments and improve global flows;
- Lead and facilitate large-scale agile transformations, continuous improvement programs across teams, and cultural evolution;
- Perform systemic diagnosis using advanced metrics and tools;
- Facilitate discussions on risks, dependencies, prioritization, and strategic alignment between technical and business areas;
- Act as a mentor and technical/cultural reference, developing other Scrum Masters and professionals involved in the delivery flow;
- Mediate and resolve high-complexity conflicts, operating with empathy, diplomacy, and an influential stance in politically sensitive environments;
- Ensure the adoption of transparency, inspection, and adaptation practices at tactical and strategic levels;
- Create product and team reports according to the agile methodology;
- Work towards resolving open incidents related to applications supported by the team within the desired SLA, assisting in clarifying doubts between the requester and the team, monitoring and updating the client's service management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certifications: CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), or equivalent.
- Knowledge: Agile metrics.
- Desired experience: 05 years working as a Scrum Master or Agile Master.
