About the opportunity
In Financial Services (FSO), we are building a better business world by supporting the needs and challenges of our clients in the financial sector (Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management) through a single area/service line that unites our different specialties (Audit, Consulting, Technology, etc.) to serve this sector comprehensively and customized. #FSOEY
You will take on the following responsibilities
As a Backend Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Java and related frameworks, collaborating with design and product teams to create intuitive interfaces. You will be involved in implementing RESTful APIs, integrating with third-party services, performing tests, and ensuring code quality, as well as participating in reviews and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements and skills we are looking for
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Solid experience in development with Java.
- Knowledge and experience using Quarkus or Spring for application development.
- Ability to create and maintain RESTful APIs.
- Deep understanding of backend concepts and practices.
- Proficiency in using Git for version control.
- Experience in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Argo.
- Knowledge in back-end development using microservices architecture and cloud technologies.
- Experience in DevOps practices, including the use of Kubernetes and Docker.
- Ability to create and execute integration and unit tests.
- Relational database with the use of SQL language.
- Knowledge in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
- Experience in monitoring using Grafana and Prometheus, including alert generation.
- Postgraduate degree in technology or management is desirable.
