WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY?
- Develop, evolve, and maintain applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and Microservices-based architectures.
- Develop solutions using reactive programming.
- Participate in the definition of technical and architectural solutions, following best Software Engineering practices.
- Develop clean, reusable, and object-oriented code.
- Implement unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.
- Work with relational databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Manage dependencies using Maven and/or Gradle.
- Work in agile teams using Scrum and tools like Jira and Trello.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to transform business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of applications, promoting quality, performance, scalability, and good development practices.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
FOR ALL POSITIONS
- Solid experience with Java 17+.
- Experience with Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices.
- Experience with reactive programming.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit and Mockito).
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Knowledge of dependency management using Maven and/or Gradle.
- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) and management tools like Jira and Trello.
FOR SENIOR POSITIONS
In addition to the previous requirements, we are looking for professionals who have:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with messaging tools, such as Kafka and/or Event Hub.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Experience with DevOps practices.
- Experience in Cloud environments, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture.
FOR TECHNICAL SPECIALIST AND TECH LEAD
In addition to the previous requirements, we are looking for professionals who have:
- Mastery in Systems Architecture and Design Patterns.
- Experience with monitoring tools, such as Grafana.
- Expertise in resilience strategies for distributed systems.
- Experience with technical leadership and team management.
