MAIN ACTIVITIES
Responsible for gathering requirements and specifying technology projects, developing solutions for processes, and mapping and analyzing business needs. Responsible for the technical documentation of software requirement specifications and status reports for managing related projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for digital services to be implemented;
- Conduct discovery workshops (Lean Inception, Design Thinking) and process modeling (AS-IS and TO-BE);
- Map business rules, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to digitized public services;
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog in conjunction with the Product Owner and stakeholders;
- Support the definition of integrations with legacy systems and specification of APIs;
- Ensure traceability between requirements, deliverables, and strategic program objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Desired experience: 04 years working in gathering and specifying requirements for information systems; Agile methodologies and backlog management tools; Business process modeling.
Knowledge of functional and non-functional requirements.
