About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on strategic Capital Markets projects, acting as the interface between business and technology areas. The professional will be responsible for translating complex financial products into functional requirements, supporting the evolution of front-to-back platforms, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in an agile and innovation-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements;
- Translate complex financial products into business rules, functional specifications, data mappings, and acceptance criteria;
- Develop test scenarios, UAT materials, and production validation evidence;
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Product Owners, and business teams;
- Support initiatives related to the complete financial operations lifecycle (Front-to-Back);
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel;
- Work with agile methodologies using Jira and Confluence;
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to increase productivity in documentation, requirements analysis, automation, and other Business Analysis activities.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as:
- Business Analyst;
- Functional Analyst;
- Product Analyst;
- Product Owner;
- or equivalent role.
Business Knowledge
- Experience in Financial Services, preferably in:
- Corporate & Investment Banking;
- Capital Markets;
- Post Trade;
- Operations;
- Risk;
- Treasury;
- Front-to-Back Platforms.
- Solid knowledge of financial instruments and the operations lifecycle;
- Practical knowledge in one or more of the following asset classes:
- Derivatives;
- Fixed Income;
- Money Market;
- Equities;
- Foreign Exchange (FX);
- FX Options;
- Repos;
- Securities Lending;
- Structured Products.
- Ability to transform business requirements into:
- Functional specifications;
- Business rules;
- Data mappings;
- Business examples;
- Acceptance criteria.
Technical Knowledge
- Experience in developing:
- Functional specifications;
- Business rules;
- Data mappings;
- Test scenarios;
- UAT materials;
- Production validation evidence.
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis;
- Experience working with Development, QA, and Product teams;
- Experience with:
- Jira;
- Confluence;
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies;
- Fluent English (spoken and written);
- Spanish B2
- Hands-on experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to increase productivity, documentation, analysis, or automation.

- Hedging Strategies.
- Experience with trading and post-trade platforms, such as:

- or similar.
- Knowledge of:
- Confirmations;
- Matching;
- Reconciliation;
- P&L Controls;
- Accounting Processes;

- Experience with:

- Knowledge of:

Position Conditions
- 100% remote work;
- Availability for future relocation to Portugal or Spain is mandatory, if required due to project, company strategy, or legal requirements;
- While in Brazil, the work will be performed entirely remotely;
