A functional architect (G7 at least)/ SME to run the end-to-end activities of studying, mapping, gap analysis, BA.
The successful candidate will:
- Help facilitate business workshops and requirements sessions.
- Translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

Required Qualifications
Advanced english
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of Business Analysis and Functional Consulting experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with: o Dynamics 365 Sales o Power Automate
- Deep understanding of CRM processes including: o Lead Management o Opportunity Management o Business Requirements o User Stories
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Process Design
- Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives and operational challenges.
- Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Dynamics 365 / Power Platform capabilities.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes.
Functional Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration specifications.
- Recommend standard platform capabilities before customizations.
Dynamics 365 Configuration
- Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including: o Tables (Entities)
- Configure user experiences to support business processes and operational efficiency.
Agile Delivery & Product Support
- Create and manage user stories within Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
- Support backlog management and sprint planning activities.
Preferred Certifications Required
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) Preferred
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
