What it's like to be a Product Manager
The PM is responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle, deeply understanding customers and their pain points, the product they work on, as well as the business domain. They must work in collaboration with business, engineering, and design teams, ensuring that the product generates a positive impact for the entire ecosystem. They must be an expert in the market, staying attentive to changes and innovations in the financial and technology sectors to find the best solutions.

An opportunity to build an AI product that will impact the company's entire customer service operation, with autonomy and strategic visibility.
Responsibilities and duties
- Product Discovery: Map end-to-end operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and real opportunities for automation and the application of artificial intelligence.
- Scope and Solution Definition: Specify functional requirements, technical capabilities, integration flows, and UI/UX guidelines.
- Multidisciplinary Leadership and Alignment: Act as a bridge between business and technology, coordinating AI, backend, frontend, and operations teams.
- Impact and Metrics Management: Define and track success and performance KPIs for products, such as AHT (Average Handle Time), SLA, accuracy, and internal adoption rate.
What we expect from you
- Technical Knowledge in AI: Mastery of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, APIs, and system integrations.
- Systems Thinking: Ability to architect integrated solutions and orchestrate multiple interconnected components and services.
- Technical and Business Interface: Proven ease in transitioning fluidly between discussions with engineering teams and day-to-day operations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Familiarity with operational and process efficiency metrics for backlog prioritization.
