About the opportunity
General objective of the position:
Lead the design, construction, and assurance of integrations between target platforms and the institution's legacy systems, adhering to Grupo Coppel guidelines. Operate, through the Transformation Initiatives Coordination, as the single point of entry for demand from transformation programs toward legacy systems and from external initiatives toward the assigned portfolio, to ensure interoperability, technical quality, and traceability of the integration landscape, and to avoid informal request channels.
Main responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the transformation portfolio integration plan, identifying necessary interfaces between target platforms, legacy systems (PISA, CMS), digital channels, and bank satellites, with associated owners, dependencies, milestones, and RAID.
- Ensure the application of Grupo Coppel and transformation program standards regarding middleware, APIs, ESB/iPaaS, messaging, connectors, and integration patterns (synchronous vs. asynchronous, idempotency, error handling, retries) to guarantee technical consistency across initiatives.
- Coordinate the sign-off of Interface Requirement Documents (IRDs) per initiative, validating with Grupo Coppel Architecture, platform Technical Leads, and the Program Regulatory Compliance Lead that designs meet NFRs for capacity, latency, security, and traceability.
- Direct, through the Transformation Initiatives Coordinator, the single point of entry for demand from transformation programs toward the legacy core and from external initiatives toward new platforms, maintaining a log of requests, dependencies, commitments, and dates to provide traceability for agreements and eliminate informal request channels.
- Ensure the orderly incorporation of authorized transformation initiatives into the target platform ecosystem, evaluating their impact on the integration landscape, committed capacity, and roadmap, and escalating cases of scope creep or architectural degradation to the Transformation Capabilities Subdirector.
