MAIN ACTIVITIES
Responsible for developing software solutions with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, automating the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and applying intelligent agents to increase productivity, quality, and governance of deliveries. You will participate in solution design, architecture definition, application and automation development, as well as contribute to the technological evolution of the company's products, processes, and engineering practices.
- Design, develop, and evolve highly complex software solutions;
- Develop and evolve AI agents for automating SDLC activities;
- Automate processes for specification, code generation, documentation, testing, validation, and deployment;
- Define scalable, secure, and highly available architectures;
- Evolve CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps processes;
- Act in defining standards, frameworks, and best practices for software engineering;
- Provide technical support to teams in adopting Artificial Intelligence applied to development;
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the organization's engineering processes and tools.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
Knowledge: Software architecture and distributed applications; Full Stack application development; REST APIs and event-driven architecture; Microservices; Git and versioning strategies; CI/CD; Docker; Kubernetes; Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP); Relational and NoSQL databases; Automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end); DevSecOps and Software Engineering practices.
Desirable Experience: Over 05 years working as a Senior Software Engineer; Automation of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Artificial Intelligence applied to software development; Development and use of AI agents for automating software engineering activities; Language models (LLMs), such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar; Prompt Engineering and design of interaction flows between users, agents, and AI models; Integration of AI with development tools, DevOps, and corporate platforms; Automation of code generation, technical documentation, testing, code review, and validation using AI; Development of highly complex Full Stack applications.
