We are looking for a proactive Fullstack Developer consultant with a strong focus on front-end development to support and enhance the Customer Authenticated Experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a professional who goes beyond implementing stories: we expect you to understand the complete flow of a feature, identify ambiguities and risks in advance, and collaborate with engineering, architecture, business, and other stakeholders.
Daily communication with the US team is part of the routine; therefore, advanced English for oral and written communication is mandatory.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Full Stack features using Java 21, Spring Boot, React 18 and TypeScript.
- Develop and evolve REST APIs, BFFs, and domain services, following good design practices and API contracts.
- Work with API Gateway and API Management, considering aspects of security, governance, and integration between systems.
- Act with architecture based on BFF (Backend for Frontend), ensuring efficient integration between frontend, domain services, and other systems.
- Implement integrations with upstream and downstream systems, adequately handling unavailability, timeouts, errors, and different response scenarios.
- Develop interfaces in React, creating reusable, accessible components aligned with application standards.
- Model and evolve data in PostgreSQL / Amazon Aurora, using Flyway for versioning and controlled execution of migrations.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using technologies and standards such as JWT, Spring Security, and OAuth 2.0.
- Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, frontend, and E2E tests, also considering accessibility requirements.
- Work with AWS, especially ECS, S3, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, Aurora DB, and related services.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, including build, tests, and deploy in different environments.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, incident analysis, and technical decisions.
- Apply disciplined practices of Git, branching, and code versioning.
- Use AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or equivalents, when appropriate, maintaining ownership and full understanding of the produced code.
Mandatory requirements
- Knowledge and/or proficiency with Java 17 or 21 and Spring Boot.
- Practical knowledge with React version 18 and TypeScript.
- Knowledge with development and consumption of REST APIs and BFF-based architectures.
- Knowledge of API Gateway and API Management.
- Knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and migrations with Flyway.
- Knowledge of application security, including JWT, authentication, authorization, and Spring Security.
- Experience with automated testing and software quality practices.
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud environments.
- Ability to investigate problems, identify ambiguities, and raise questions when requirements or stories are unclear.
- Good communication and interaction skills with technical teams, business, and other stakeholders.
- Advanced English, oral and written — mandatory.
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge of architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with integrations between upstream and downstream systems.
- Experience in the financial and/or insurance sector is considered a differential, but not mandatory.
