What you will do in your day-to-day
- Receive, analyze, prioritize, and manage technical incidents for the tribe;
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incidents in production environments;
- Develop fixes and support the implementation of medium and high complexity solutions;
- Ensure correct routing and monitoring of incidents until resolution;
- Validate the technical quality of fixes before deployment to production;
- Ensure agility, stability, and quality in the deployment of fixes;
- Provide technical support to teams in diagnosing and resolving problems;
- Perform preventive analyses aimed at reducing incident recurrence;
- Promote good development, testing, homologation, and observability practices;
- Continuously seek productivity and efficiency gains using AI and automation tools;
- Support the continuous improvement of system maintenance, quality, and stability processes.
