Minimum requirements
- Solid experience with Java development;
- Experience with Angular;
- Knowledge of messaging;
- Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases;
- Experience with automated testing using JUnit and Jasmine;
- Experience in analysis, correction, and resolution of critical incidents;
- Knowledge of troubleshooting, observability, and log analysis practices;
- Experience with quality validation and deployment of solutions into production;
- Experience with productivity tools and practices supported by Artificial Intelligence;
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
What you will do in your day-to-day
- Receive, analyze, prioritize, and manage technical incidents for the tribe;
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incidents in production environments;
- Develop fixes and support the implementation of medium and high complexity solutions;
- Ensure the correct direction and follow-up of incidents until their resolution;
- Validate the technical quality of fixes before deploying to production;
- Ensure agility, stability, and quality in the deployment of fixes;
- Provide technical support to teams in diagnosing and resolving problems;
- Perform preventive analyses aimed at reducing incident recurrence;
- Promote good practices in development, testing, homologation, and observability;
- Continuously seek productivity and efficiency gains using AI and automation tools;
- Support the continuous improvement of system support, quality, and stability processes.
