GROWTH ENGINEER (SPECIALIST/MANAGER)
We are looking for a Growth Engineer to be responsible for identifying, building, and implementing automations, AI agents, and process improvements that allow the company to continue scaling efficiently.
We seek someone extremely hands-on, with an executor profile, who enjoys getting their hands dirty, testing quickly, learning new technologies, and transforming manual operations into scalable systems.
This person will work cross-functionally across the entire company, supporting areas such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Human Resources, always with a focus on productivity, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Map internal processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows using n8n and other automation tools.
- Create, implement, and manage AI agents for different areas of the company.
- Structure integrations between systems, platforms, and databases.
- Lead automation initiatives within HubSpot, including CRM, marketing automation, workflows, lead routing, and sales processes.
- Build internal solutions using low-code and no-code tools whenever possible.
- Develop dashboards, alerts, and monitoring systems to track critical business indicators.
- Work directly with leadership and stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions.
- Implement a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of the company.
- Evaluate and incorporate new AI, automation, and productivity technologies that can generate a competitive advantage.

REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience in process automation and implementation of productivity solutions.
- Proficiency in n8n or equivalent platforms.
- Advanced experience with HubSpot (CRM, automations, workflows, and integrations).
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, LLMs, and building AI agents.
- Ability to integrate APIs and connect different systems.
- Highly analytical and results-oriented profile.
- Strong execution capability and autonomy.
- Ownership mentality, with a constant focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Excellent communication skills to work with different business areas.
PREFERRED
- Experience in high-growth startups.
- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other languages focused on automation.
- Experience with tools like OpenAI, Claude, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Supabase, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.
- Track record of implementing projects that resulted in cost reduction, increased productivity, or accelerated revenue.
- Experience building internal systems, copilots, and autonomous agents for business teams.
JOB INFORMATION
Hiring Model: PJ
Salary Range: R$ 18.000 to R$ 25.000/month
Variable Compensation: Aggressive bonus tied to performance and business impact
