Job Objective
Provide nationwide operational support for services operating on the HR Intranet / develop new requirements requested by the area and maintain current processes within the HR Intranet, ensuring compliance with established service levels and quality in every request, reducing the rate of reported incidents.
Every day you will face new and interesting challenges in your position, for which you will be responsible for:
- Providing support and attention to incident requests presented on the HR Intranet.
- Developing new requirements that facilitate operations and reduce risks from manual operations.
- Maintaining services to avoid failures and decrease incidents.
- Analyzing and validating active processes to correct potential errors caused by poor initial requirements.
- Operating daily payroll process phases (incidents, overtime, parking, cafeteria, loans, etc.).
- Updating operational service information on a monthly basis (promotions, evaluations, among others).
Requirements
- Professional Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Information Technology
- Years of experience: Between 2 - 3 years of experience
- Areas of experience: Development and maintenance of technological systems. HTML, SQL, ASP, Visual Basic, Java Script, C#.
- Required knowledge, intermediate or advanced level of: HTML, SQL, ASP, Visual Basic, Java Script, C#, Microsoft Office.
- Languages: 80% English proficiency
- Competencies: Focus on Results, Innovation, Customer Orientation
- Availability to travel: Indifferent
- Availability to relocate: Indifferent
