Here, your role will be
- Search for new techniques and technologies that multiply our efficiency through tools and libraries;
- Scale microservices (high availability, high capacity, low latency);
- Microservice communication (including cloud environments with on-premise);
- Act with development and maintenance of frontends when necessary (along with other developers specialized in frontends);
- Continuous integration, devops, and continuous deployment;
- Monitoring services with CloudWatch, Kibana, and Grafana.
Implement
Essential Requirements
- Solid experience in designing, building, managing, and scaling scalable microservice solutions;
- Our backend services and apis are mostly written in C# (.NET Framework and .NET Core) and also Typescript (NodeJS), so solid knowledge in these stacks is necessary;
- Ease and willingness to learn another stack if you don't have prior experience;
- Building and maintaining frontend solutions using a JavaScript/TypeScript framework;
- Angular and/or React desirable;
- Experience with Agile Culture (Scrum, Kanban, Pair programming, TDD);
- Experience with DevOps;
- Knowledge of automating build, test, and deployment pipelines (AzureDevOps or TFS).
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with cloud architecture (even better if AWS);
- Experience with Serverless architecture;
- Experience with containers;
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture and Domain Driven Design;
Artificial Intelligence
Having influence in the AI ecosystem for development is not a requirement, but it's a step ahead to stand out in this position.
- Proficiency in IDEs and intelligent assistants;
- Knowledge about prompt engineering;
- Experience using AI for test and quality acceleration;
- Understanding of RAG usage;
- Knowledge of autonomous agent creation;
