You will be responsible for
- Architecting, designing, building, and promoting the adoption of IT solutions for logistics and sales processes;
- Gathering needs and detailing functional requirements with business partners;
- Defining and implementing integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring consistency and end-to-end process visibility;
- Participating in the implementation, configuration, support, diagnosis, and evolution of corporate solutions, including user support;
- Managing IT solution implementation, evolution, and support projects;
- Coordinating squads and deliveries using agile methodologies;
- Supporting technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects and demands;
- Identifying process gaps and proposing improvements, automations, and innovative solutions;
- Defining technical standards, best practices, and governance mechanisms for solutions;
- Ensuring the quality, performance, security, documentation, and adherence to corporate reference architectures;
- Overseeing incident resolution with vendors and participating in IT vendor selection and management processes;
- Reporting the status of projects, demands, and incidents to IT management.
- Ensuring that activities in your area align with Health and Safety requirements.
- Knowing and Complying with the golden rules and FPS requirements.
Minimum requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- Solid knowledge of SAP ERP, especially in TM, SD, LE, and EWM modules;
- Knowledge of material and customer master data processes, order and contract management, sales, shipping, transportation, warehousing, invoicing, delivery, and tax obligations;
- Experience in solution architecture, system integration, and implementation or support projects;
- Experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and software documentation;
- Experience in managing IT projects focused on SAP solutions;
- Knowledge of ITIL and agile methodologies;
- Intermediate English proficiency;
- 1. Use of artificial intelligence in routine activities.
It will be a plus if you have
