What we are looking for
Specialist with strong experience in Java, AWS, and Platform Engineering (TechStore/IDP). You will work on strategic projects for the financial market (investment banks and brokerages), developing scalable and resilient solutions through microservices, modern architecture, and cloud services.

Requirements and qualifications;
- Solid experience with backend development using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x (Spring Data, Security, and Cloud);
- Experience with microservices architectures, Clean Architecture, DDD, and development of RESTful APIs and gRPC;
- Experience with relational databases PostgreSQL and Oracle Database;
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB and DynamoDB;
- Experience with caching strategies using Redis;
- Experience with AWS services such as:
- Amazon EKS (Kubernetes);
- Amazon ECS;
- AWS Lambda;
- Amazon S3;
- Amazon RDS/Aurora;
- AWS IAM;
- AWS Secrets Manager;
- AWS CloudWatch;
- AWS SQS/SNS;
- Knowledge of messaging and event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS/SNS;
- Experience in DevOps practices and platform engineering, working in a You Build It, You Run It model;
- Experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation for Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines through GitHub Actions or GitLab CI;
- Knowledge of developer portals and IDP platforms, such as Backstage and TechStore;
- Experience in API governance using Sensedia API Management Platform;
- Knowledge of API authentication and security with OAuth2, mTLS, JWT, and OpenAPI/Swagger;
- Experience with automated testing using JUnit 5, Mockito, and Testcontainers;
- Knowledge of code quality with SonarQube;
- Experience with observability and monitoring using OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, and Grafana;
- Use of generative AI tools for development acceleration, such as GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum and SAFe.
Desirable
- Experience in the financial market, especially with fixed income and variable income products;
- Knowledge of integration with B3, settlement, custody, and clearing processes;
- Experience with financial data platforms like Bloomberg and Selic;
- Knowledge of Open Finance;
- Familiarity with Central Bank (Bacen) and CVM regulations.
Main responsibilities
- Develop resilient, scalable, and high-performance Java microservices;
- Design and implement integrations with relational databases, NoSQL, and managed AWS services;
- Provision infrastructure resources using TechStore and IaC tools;
- Build, expose, and govern critical APIs through the Sensedia platform;
- Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS/SNS;
- Ensure observability, monitoring, and high availability of applications;
- Participate in the evolution of the platform's architecture and engineering practices;
- Work in mission-critical environments focused on investments and brokerages.
