WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY

  1. Develop and sustain high-performance Java applications using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
  1. Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient APIs and microservices.
  1. Implement solutions using reactive programming and best development practices.
  1. Perform unit tests and ensure code quality using tools like JUnit and Mockito.
  1. Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in delivering innovative solutions.
  1. Support the application modernization process and architectural evolution of systems.
  1. Contribute to the dissemination of technical knowledge and continuous improvement of development processes.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

FOR MID-LEVEL

  1. Experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
  1. Knowledge of APIs and Microservices.
  1. Experience with reactive programming.
  1. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit and Mockito).
  1. Knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
  1. Knowledge of dependency management (Maven and Gradle).
  1. Solid object-oriented programming knowledge.
  1. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) and management tools (Jira, Trello).

FOR SENIOR LEVEL

In addition to Mid-Level requirements:

  1. Advanced experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  1. Experience with messaging tools, such as Kafka and Event Hub.
  1. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  1. Knowledge of DevOps practices.
  1. Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  1. Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture.

FOR TECHNICAL SPECIALIST OR TECH LEAD

In addition to Senior requirements:

  1. Mastery of System Architecture and Design Patterns.
  1. Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana.
  1. Expertise in resilience for distributed systems.
  1. Experience with technical leadership, mentoring, and team guidance.

ADDITIONALLY, KNOWLEDGE IS DESIRED

  1. Knowledge of Apache Camel, Quarkus, and Angular.
  1. Technical or Intermediate English.
  1. Experience in large corporate environments.
  1. Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
  1. Certifications related to the role's technologies.
