ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Java Developer to work on highly complex projects, developing scalable, resilient, and high-performance backend solutions.
Model Hybrid: in-office work 3x per week in the Interlagos, Santo Amaro, Bela Vista, Centro, or Vila Nova Conceição regions (São Paulo/SP).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot;
- Act in the construction and evolution of microservices and RESTful APIs;
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions;
- Ensure code quality through automated tests and code reviews;
- Act in problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization;
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including frontend, DevOps, and product;
- Participate in the monitoring and maintenance of applications in production.
REQUIREMENTS
- Solid experience with Java 8+;
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud;
- Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs;
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases;
- Experience with automated testing;
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
- Knowledge of Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP);
- Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
PREFERRED
- Experience with Kafka or messaging systems;
- Experience in highly scalable systems;
- Experience in banking or financial systems.
