We are looking for people located in Brazil to work as a DevOps Engineer Mid Level and act in one of our financial clients, leading the transformation in the delivery cycle. To act in the maintenance, optimization, and modernization of CI/CD pipelines in a dynamic and high-scale environment. You will be key in the continuous evaluation of end-to-end processes, proposing and implementing solutions that promote operational efficiency, governance, and high availability.
Important: If you reside in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, your presence in the city's offices will be mandatory, according to the current attendance policy.

Main Responsibilities
- CI/CD Architecture and Evolution: Design, build, and evolve CI/CD pipelines in compliance with corporate standards and industry best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate end-to-end workflows, identifying bottlenecks and applying automations to increase operational efficiency.
- Automation and Scalability: Implement automated solutions that ensure quality, integrity, reliability, and scalability of environments and services.
- Governance and Security: Ensure the adoption of DevSecOps practices, promoting the compliance and security of pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Main Requirements
- CI/CD & Automation: Solid experience in creating and managing continuous integration and delivery pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- GitOps & Deploy: Mastery and practical experience with ArgoCD.
- Container Orchestration: Mastery in Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Practical knowledge in Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Cloud Provider: Practical experience in the Microsoft Azure environment.
- DevSecOps: Knowledge in security practices and tools applied to pipelines and cloud environments (Azure / AWS).
Preferred
- Previous experience in the financial/banking sector (Open Finance, payment methods, or high regulation/throughput platforms).
- Basic knowledge or interest in applying AI tools in the development/DevOps workflow.
