We are looking for a professional to work with support and development in a mainframe environment, in a strategic context related to the real estate credit business.

Responsibilities
- Work on the support and evolution of applications in a mainframe environment
- Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents
- Ensure system stability and performance
- Develop and maintain batch and online routines
- Support continuous improvements and system optimizations
Requirements
- Proficiency in COBOL for application development
- Experience with JCL for process automation
- Knowledge of DB2 and IMS for data manipulation
- Experience with development tools such as RDZ
- Experience with change management tools, such as Changeman
- Proven experience in batch and online applications
- Analytical skills for rapid problem identification and solution proposal
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Preferred
- Knowledge or experience in the real estate credit domain
