What you need to know (technical requirements)
Higher education in:
- Computer Science, Information Systems, or related areas; or
- Law, Administration, or related areas, with proven experience in legal operations platforms.
- Previous experience with Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with legal management systems, contracts, or Legal Techs.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
What you will do in your day-to-day
- Administer and audit the Espaider and netLex platforms.
- Monitor judicial processes, litigation, and legal billing.
- Monitor indicators (KPIs) and control legal supplier charges.
- Map, automate, and optimize contract workflows on the netLex platform.
- Register contracts, control documents, and calculate procedural deadlines.
- Ensure the organization and governance of legal information.
- Involvement in Implementation and Support
