We are looking for a QA professional who will work in a banking context, focusing on ensuring the excellence of our products and services. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our systems, guaranteeing that all flows are performant, secure, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing of web channels, ensuring a flawless user experience;
- Develop and implement test automation strategies to ensure continuous system quality;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (development, operations, and business) to identify improvement opportunities and potential risks;
- Create test plans, define scenarios, and select tools that support process automation and performance;
- Document results, create reports, and propose corrective actions based on conducted tests.
Requirements for this challenge
- Proven experience with test automation and performance testing;
- Experience with the following technologies: Cypress and SonarQube;
- Solid knowledge in end-to-end testing for web channels.
- Use of artificial intelligence to accelerate testing;
- Analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving problems;
- Teamwork ability and effective communication with stakeholders.
