We are looking for Mobile Developers Ios/Android | Mid-level, Senior and Specialist
Inter is growing: new products, new markets, and an ever-increasing scale.
That is why we are looking for Mobile developers who want to build the future of our Super App architecture.

The Challenge
You will build the distributed services that make our Super App work for millions of people. Your goal will be to ensure high availability and low latency, with architectural decisions that truly impact the user experience.
More than just implementing, we want you to participate in technical decisions and help evolve the way we do technology at Inter.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Develop and maintain native applications [Swift/SwiftUI | Kotlin/Jetpack].
- Implement screens, navigation, and integration with APIs.
- Ensure testing and best practices for code and architecture (e.g., MVVM).
- Participate in code reviews and team ceremonies.
- Support architectural decisions and app evolution.
- Contribute to standards, performance, and technical guides for the mobile team.
- Work using AI and technologies to automate code production.
Minimum requirements
Requirements
- Completed degree in a technology-related field.
- Experience in native development for iOS or Android: For iOS: Knowledge of Swift, Apple guidelines, and dependency management. For Android: Knowledge of Kotlin, Google guidelines, Jetpack Components, Coroutines, and MVVM.
- Knowledge of unit and instrumented tests to ensure code quality.
- Availability for on-site work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Server-Driven UI or complex flows (onboarding, forms).
- Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile (Fastlane, Gradle, Xcode Cloud).
- Practice with unit and UI testing.
- Knowledge of the other platform (iOS and Android) or React Native/Flutter.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
