Job Description
- Lead the development of customizations for the Fluig platform;
- Develop training on the Fluig BPM platform;
- Implement new Fluig workflows;
- Serve the different business areas of the group, seeking to understand their challenges and ambitions and materialize solutions through the Fluig platform, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's operation as a whole.
Requirements
- Experience with Databases (Microsoft SQL Server);
- Experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum);
- Ability to train the team;
- Technical problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge in SOAP UI, REST and Java;
- Knowledge of the Office suite;
- Knowledge of concepts related to customer service;
- Curious, open to discussion, resilient, and critical mindset in seeking to understand the business and propose solutions to business problems;
- Ability to solve complex problems, such as clarifying pending issues and supporting clients;
- Strong interpersonal skills – be approachable, build relationships with external and internal contacts, demonstrating initiative, adaptability, and negotiation skills;
Education: Completed degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Database, Mathematics, Engineering, and/or related areas.
- Desirable knowledge of the company, business, and clients;
- Desirable knowledge of the company's industry, business, and clients;
- Desirable advanced English for reading and intermediate for writing and speaking;
