About the opportunity
We are looking for a senior professional capable of ensuring, from end to end, that deliveries involving internal areas, squads, suppliers, and technology partners truly happen.
The professional will work on the evolution of a corporate digital platform for internal use, connecting the needs of business and operational areas with the execution capabilities of technical teams.
We are not just looking for project tracking. We are looking for someone capable of identifying risks, removing impediments, coordinating dependencies, and taking ownership of the delivery until its implementation and stabilization.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex deliveries involving different areas of the organization, squads, suppliers, and technology partners.
- Transform initiatives into clear delivery plans, identifying responsible parties, dependencies, risks, milestones, and objective completion criteria.
- Mobilize and engage different areas to enable technological initiatives, acting autonomously in highly ambiguous environments.
- Monitor implementations with internal teams and suppliers, taking responsibility for the delivery's evolution until its completion.
- Identify blockers and act directly to remove them, escalating only when necessary.
- Support squads in technical projects and integrations, possessing sufficient knowledge of architecture and development to converse directly with engineering.
- Work together with Product Owners in the preparation and execution of prioritized initiatives.
- Coordinate dependencies between product, engineering, infrastructure, security, data, corporate areas, operations, and suppliers.
- Monitor development, homologation, implementation, rollout, and stabilization of solutions.
- Ensure that a delivery is only considered complete when it is effectively implemented, usable, and integrated into the expected operational process.
- Clearly communicate progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and impacts to involved stakeholders.
- Monitor delivery indicators and use data to identify bottlenecks and improve predictability.
- Coordinate technical and operational alignments with suppliers, demanding commitments, deadlines, quality, and problem resolution.
- Anticipate risks, schedule conflicts, and dependencies before they become critical blockers.
- Support the preparation of internal areas for new functionalities, process changes, and solution implementations.
- Monitor the post-implementation period to ensure stabilization and effective closure of the delivery.
Essential Requirements
- Proven senior experience in delivering complex technological projects or products involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating business areas, technical teams, suppliers, and organizational dependencies simultaneously.
- Proven ability to remove impediments and drive issues to resolution.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, and development processes directly with engineering teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and development flow management.
- Experience monitoring initiatives from definition and development through homologation, implementation, and operation.
- Business acumen and ability to understand internal processes and operational impacts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interaction with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work with multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clarity on priorities, dependencies, and risks.
- Experience in managing suppliers and technology partners.
