What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Python Developer to support the Tech Leader in the technical design and integrations of the MCP solution, also contributing to the implementation of the solution according to the bank's context and standards.
The position will have technical involvement in Python service architecture, integrations, security, code quality, and AI-assisted engineering.
Responsibilities
- Support the Tech Leader in the technical design of the MCP solution.
- Support the solution's integrations with corporate systems and services.
- Contribute to the implementation of the solution according to the bank's context.
- Support the development of services using Python.
- Work with REST/HTTP APIs integrations with MCP servers and tools.
- Support implementations related to authentication, authorization, and session management for corporate users.
- Contribute to the control and limitation of data access.
- Participate in code reviews and testing.
- Support CI and observability processes.
- Engage with AI-assisted engineering, performing human validation of generated solutions.
- Reuse existing components, respecting the bank's established standards.
- Support the prioritization of a short MVP.
- Support the negotiation of technical dependencies.
Mandatory Requirements
- Basic knowledge of service architecture in Python.
- Knowledge in Python for backend service development.
- Knowledge in REST/HTTP APIs integration.
- Knowledge in MCP, MCP servers, and tools.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and session management.
- Knowledge about data access control for authenticated users.
- Knowledge in code review and testing.
- Knowledge in CI and observability.
- Knowledge or experience with AI-assisted engineering, with human validation.
- Ability to work with existing components, respecting corporate standards.
Preferred
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Previous experience with corporate integrations.
- Experience in banking environments.
- Experience with developing solutions using assisted AI.
- Knowledge of service architectures and corporate integrations.
