What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Tech Leader to drive the technical design and integrations of the MCP solution, guide the team, and ensure the implementation aligns with the bank's context and standards.
The professional will have practical technical involvement, combining leadership, development, service architecture, and integration of APIs.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design of the MCP solution.
- Develop and guide the integration of APIs REST/HTTP with MCP servers and tools.
- Technically guide the team during implementation.
- Ensure the solution aligns with the bank's context and standards.
- Work with authentication, authorization, and session management for corporate users, ensuring adequate data access limits.
- Perform code reviews and support the definition and execution of tests.
- Work with CI and observability.
- Apply AI-assisted engineering with human validation.
- Reuse existing components, respecting the bank's established standards and architectures.
- Act in the prioritization of a short MVP.
- Negotiate technical dependencies and support the solution's evolution.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience with Python for backend service development.
- Experience with service architecture in Python.
- Experience with integration of APIs REST/HTTP.
- Knowledge or experience with MCP servers and tools.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and session management.
- Knowledge of data access control by authenticated user.
- Experience with code review and testing.
- Knowledge of CI and observability.
- Experience with system integration in a corporate context.
- Ability to technically lead a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering, including human validation processes for AI-generated code.
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Experience in banking or corporate environments.
- Experience with reusing and integrating existing components following corporate architectural standards.
- Experience in building and prioritizing MVPs.
