Job Description
MSX is looking for professionals with a completed Higher Education in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management, and Computer Engineering. If you wish to be part of an innovative and results-oriented team, this might be your opportunity. Here are some activities you will perform:
Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end development and support of RPA automations.
- Knowledge in process mapping, business rules, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with development, integrations, error handling, and automation testing.
- Knowledge of PDD/SDD, Jira, Git, CI/CD, and technical documentation.
- Experience with UAT, deployment, production support, incidents, defects, and changes.
- Ability to work in Agile or Waterfall methodologies, with mid-level autonomy.
- Good communication and collaboration with Business Analysts, Tech Leads, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge in the responsible use of AI to support code, tests, and documentation, always with human validation.
- Experience with data structuring, connecting to PostgreSQL and Oracle databases.
- Programming in Python using libraries such as Selenium, Playwright, and NumPy.
- Establish connections via APIs

- Analyze processes, business rules, exceptions, risks, and dependencies.
- Participate in the technical design of the solution with the BA and Tech Lead.
- Develop, test, version, and maintain RPA automations.
- Work according to the approved PDD, SDD, and acceptance criteria.
- Log activities, decisions, evidence, and impediments in Jira.
- Use Git, branches, commits, and code review.
- Perform functional, negative, and integration tests.
- Support UAT, fixes, revalidations, and production deployment.
- Participate in CI/CD, rollback, and urgent fixes.
- Act in triaging incidents, questions, improvements, and defects.
- Support change management and scope control.
- Communicate risks, blockers, and impacts on deadlines, quality, or scope.
- Keep technical and operational documentation updated.

- Hiring regime: CLT
- Workload: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Work region: São Caetano do Sul/SP, hybrid work.
