Responsibilities and Duties
- Act as an SAP SD functional analyst, supporting the development and implementation of solutions related to Sales, Shipping, and Logistics processes.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for solution implementation.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives, ensuring the quality of deliverables and alignment with client area requirements.
- Perform configurations, integrated testing, user acceptance testing, and support in the implementation of SAP solutions.
- Support the identification of opportunities for process optimization and automation, contributing to operational efficiency gains.
- Work together with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and business users to ensure the delivery of solutions.
- Support impact analyses related to new demands, changes, and system integrations.
- Ensure the quality of functional and technical documentation related to implemented solutions.
- Provide second-level support for incidents and problems related to logistics and sales processes.
Requirements and Qualifications Technical Knowledge
Mandatory
- Minimum experience of 4 years working with SAP SD in projects, improvements, and support.
- Advanced knowledge of Sales and Distribution processes (SAP SD).
- Knowledge of sales and shipping processes for the domestic market and export.
- Experience in configuration and parameterization of the SAP SD module.
- Advanced English for participation in meetings and interaction with global teams.
