Job Description
As an SAP Senior Developer, you will take on a responsible role in SAP transformation, implementation, and optimization projects.

- You will realize and develop sophisticated SAP projects based on modern technologies, frameworks, and programming languages such as SAP UI5, SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, Java, ABAP, and ABAP OO.
- You will conceptualize, develop, and maintain integrated business applications, customer-specific programs, forms, interfaces, evaluations, and reports.
- The technical conception, implementation, and testing of the developed solutions – both in the Frontend and Backend – are part of your area of responsibility.
- As a sparring partner for colleagues, you will actively share your know-how in the daily project routine and support the team.
- With increasing experience, you will take on more responsibility, e.g., as an architect or (part-time) project manager.
- You will develop AI-powered solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and scope of application, and derive concrete impulses for further developing existing processes and establishing new ones.
- Consulting means flexibility: Your project deployment depends on clients and project situations – nationwide, in our offices, at the client's site, and remotely from home.
Qualifications
- A completed degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, economics, or a comparable vocational training in an MINT field forms your foundation.
- Ideally, you bring several years of experience in SAP development, preferably in the SAP S/ 4HANA environment.
- You have already gained extensive knowledge in ABAP and ABAP OO and also have experience with SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, or Clean Core development.
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach, and enjoyment of complex technical challenges characterize you.
- You use AI tools purposefully and reflectively, critically evaluate results, and effectively incorporate current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects, and client solutions.
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
- Additional knowledge in SAP ABAP Core Data Services (CDS), SAP BOPF, SAP Gateway, or related technologies is advantageous.
