We are looking for someone to act as a technical reference in backend projects, taking on a technical leadership role in defining good engineering practices. You will be responsible for developing and evolving scalable, secure, and resilient solutions, actively working on the continuous improvement of architectures, microservices, and Serverless solutions in cloud environments.
What you will do here
- End-to-End Vision: Act across the entire development cycle, from refining requirements with business and product areas to delivery and continuous support.
- Architectural Decisions: Actively participate in architecture discussions, helping to define the best approaches and technologies to solve complex problems.
- Promote continuous improvements in existing processes and architectures, aligning deliveries with strategic business objectives.
- Define standards for the construction, monitoring, and maintenance of microservices and integrations between systems.
- Influence the adoption of modern CI/CD strategies and ensure pipeline efficiency.
- Ensure efficient system integration via asynchronous messaging and REST APIs.
Minimum requirements
What we expect you to know
- Advanced development in Kotlin, Java, and/or Python.
- Design and implementation of robust and secure REST APIs.
- Solid experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift in production environments.
- Implementation and orchestration of CI/CD pipelines integrated with the development workflow.
- Modeling and use of SQL and NoSQL databases for high-performance applications.
- System integration via asynchronous messaging, especially with Kafka.
- Advanced version control management using Git across multiple projects.
- Practical knowledge in monitoring and observability using Datadog.
It will be a great differential if you have
- Artificial Intelligence: Practical experience, in-depth studies, or strong interest in integrating AI solutions (Generative, Machine Learning, etc.) into developed products.
