We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on technological transformation projects in an international financial institution, collaborating with business and technology teams in defining and implementing solutions for the financial market.
This position will play a fundamental role in analyzing and translating business needs, ensuring that requirements are clearly documented and converted into solutions that generate value for stakeholders.

Main responsibilities
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions with business areas.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and detailed documentation.
- Develop process flows and support solution definition.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Support solution testing and validation activities, including UAT.
- Participate in initiatives related to Market Data and data governance.
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement and data quality enhancement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on strategic projects.
