What We're Looking For
We are looking for a technology professional to support, evolve, and implement technological solutions for administrative areas and branches. The role involves interfacing between business areas, technology, and vendors, from requirements gathering to implementation and support. The focus will be on supporting the transformation of administrative processes and systems, with an emphasis on implementing Oracle Primavera Unifier, including monitoring demands, integrations, testing, and homologation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Technology focal point for Administrative Areas and Branches;
- Understand business processes, needs, and improvement opportunities;
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements;
- Translate business needs into technological demands and solutions;
- Lead and monitor projects, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders;
- Support the implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier;
- Monitor technology vendors and partners;
- Participate in the definition and monitoring of system integrations;
- Support testing, homologation, implementation, and transition to operations;
- Organize and prioritize the backlog of demands;
- Monitor incidents, problems, and improvements for systems under responsibility;
- Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and support materials;
- Communicate status, risks, impacts, and next steps to managers and stakeholders;
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or in Technology Project Management;
- Experience interfacing between business and technology;
- Requirements gathering and documentation;
- Leading and monitoring projects and system implementations;
- Agile and traditional methodologies;
- Vendor and partner management;
- System integrations;
- Demand and project management tools;
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle solutions and/or Oracle Primavera Unifier;
- Digital transformation projects;
- Knowledge of administrative, financial, or operational processes;
- Experience in corporate environments with multiple units or branches;
- Knowledge of BPM, Workflow, or Corporate Portals, such as Fluig;
- Experience with ERP and corporate integrations;
