The SAP FI/CO Analyst is responsible for understanding the needs of the Business Partner and business areas and suggesting the best SAP technology solution to improve the efficiency of processes related to the entire financial and controlling area, always prioritizing standard processes and those with less development, ensuring governance and a "clean core" in SAP processes.

Main Responsibilities and Challenges
- Customization of FI/CO modules, ensuring consistent implementation practices;
- Understand the scope of the demand with the business area and Business Partner, directing the technological solution that best meets the business process within SAP, evaluating risks and impacts on the environment and other underlying modules;
- Perform budget estimation, execute configurations, prepare functional specifications, configure, conduct and monitor tests until they go into production and hypercare for the demand, helping to maximize positive impact on the organization (medium-sized demands);
- Lead IT projects composed of a team of consultants, acting in leadership as a project manager, preparing and monitoring the budget, validating functional specifications, ensuring the implementation schedule and budgeted cost, guiding consultants on IT governance in the execution of Change Management, technical documentation, and KT for the AMS (support) area;
- Collaborate with architecture, operations, and IT governance teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards;
- Monitor technological innovations to ensure Klabin is effectively positioned to maintain its technological competitiveness.

Monday to Friday with flexible hours, CLT employment regime, location (São Paulo/SP - Pinheiros), availability for the 100% in-office work model.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Completed higher education;
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana FI and CO modules and among other SAP modules;
- Knowledge in SAP customization;
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodology (e.g., ITIL);
- Availability to work in person at our São Paulo (Pinheiros) unit.
It will be a differential if you have
- Knowledge of FSCM Module;
- Knowledge of administrative, credit and collection, treasury, accounts payable, and management accounting processes and integrations with other areas;
- Knowledge in integration processes (Oracle Service Bus, SOA, WebServices);
- Knowledge in debugging techniques;
- Knowledge in AA (assets) module.
