- Work on the evolution, maintenance, and modernization of Mainframe applications that support critical services for Billing, Bank Slips, Split Payments, DDA, and payment solutions. ·
- Develop and maintain Mainframe systems, ensuring the stability, scalability, availability, and reliability of financial services. ·
- Gather, analyze, and detail technical and business requirements, performing impact analyses and proposing solutions aligned with the organization's needs. ·
- Perform maintenance and evolution of batch and online processes, ensuring high performance, operational continuity, and quality of deliveries. ·
- Integrate Mainframe applications with distributed platforms, APIs, messaging systems, and cloud environments, promoting interoperability between systems. ·
- Engage in the investigation and resolution of complex production incidents, implementing preventive improvements and risk mitigation actions. ·
- Support technological modernization initiatives and legacy environment transformations, contributing to more modern and sustainable architectures. ·
- Participate in agile rituals and technical discussions, disseminating best practices in software engineering, documenting solutions, and contributing to the reduction of technical debt.

Requirements ·
- Solid experience in Mainframe development, working on the maintenance, support, and evolution of critical systems. ·
- Proficiency in Mainframe technologies, including COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and the TSO/ISPF environment. ·
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and databases, with a focus on modeling, complex queries, and performance optimization. ·
- Experience in developing and supporting Batch and Online processes, ensuring high availability and operational efficiency. ·
- Ability to analyze performance and optimize Mainframe applications, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements. ·
- Experience in high-availability and high-volume transactional environments, ensuring service stability and reliability. ·
- Knowledge of version control, change management, and software governance, supporting development and deployment processes. ·
- Experience in integrating legacy systems with distributed platforms, enabling communication with APIs, messaging systems, and modern architectures.

- Knowledge of the payments and billing ecosystem, including Bank Slips, Bank Billing, DDA, Split Payments, Financial Settlement, and financial payment and receivables journeys. ·
- Experience with modern integration and architecture, using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and integration between Mainframe, Cloud, and distributed platforms. ·
- Proficiency in modern development technologies and practices, such as Java, Kafka, IBM MQ, Git, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and Microsoft Azure. ·
- Experience in the financial market and digital transformation, working in banks, fintechs, acquiring, or payment providers, participating in technological modernization initiatives and legacy application evolution.
