Job Description
- In this role, you will conduct technically sound pre-sales meetings and develop new, sustainable CX project initiatives together with our clients.
- You will design holistic CX solutions, including architecture, data models, and scalable integration approaches.
- Managing complex technical workstreams and structured prioritization of backlogs are also part of your responsibilities.
- As a trusted advisor, you will consult our clients at both the specialist and management levels on technological and architectural issues.
- Responsibility for solution design, quality standards, and technical guardrails will be in your hands.
- You will analyze client requirements in a structured manner and translate them into robust, scalable architectural decisions.
- You will confidently lead technical workshops and moderate decision-relevant formats with various stakeholders.
- Additionally, you will support your team through mentoring, knowledge building, and professional development in project and daily work.
- You will develop AI-powered solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and application limits, and derive concrete impulses for further developing existing processes and establishing new ones.
- Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignments will depend on our clients and your project situation – you will work throughout Germany in our offices, at the client's site, and from home.
Qualifications
- A completed degree in (Business) Informatics or Mathematics.
- Several years of experience with CxM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft, and their application in complex client and project landscapes.
- Deep understanding of architectural principles, scalability, and sustainable technical solution approaches in modern system environments.
- Experience in designing integrations, data models, and migration strategies within distributed and heterogeneous architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges in a structured manner with the team and solve them effectively.
- Strong presentation, communication, and consulting skills in dealing with specialist and management stakeholders.
- High affinity for pre-sales topics, value argumentation, and active participation in proposal and decision-making processes.
- You know how to use AI tools purposefully and reflectively, critically evaluate results, and effectively integrate current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects, and client solutions.
- Good German language skills (from C1 level) and English language skills complete your profile.
