Minimum requirements
English Advanced/fluent - mandatory (will be assessed in the interview)
- Frontend: Proficiency in React (TypeScript), component-based UI architecture, state management (Redux or Zustand), and developing interfaces with high data density — dashboards, multi-step workflows (steppers), screens with many forms, and real-time KPI display.
- Backend: Solid knowledge of development in Python with FastAPI — designing and developing RESTful APIs, asynchronous request processing, dependency injection, Pydantic models for request/response validation, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation. Experience with C# (.NET) is a plus.
- Database: Solid experience with Azure SQL — schema design, migrations, indexing, stored procedures, and working with immutable/append-only patterns, such as audit logs and step execution tables. Experience with SQLAlchemy ORM or pyodbc is desirable.
- Workflow Patterns / BPM: Familiarity with state machine design, step routing, and audit trail logging. Experience with BPM is a plus.
- DevOps: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps), containerization (Docker), and deploying Python services in cloud environments, including Azure App Service or Azure Functions.
- Security: Hands-on knowledge of OAuth 2.0 / JWT based authentication, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), role-based access control (RBAC), and securing APIs in regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience in Full Stack development, building enterprise-grade applications, ideally in financial services or regulated sectors.
- APIs Design: Ability to design clean, versioned REST APIs — authentication, middleware, error handling, and integration with external services and third-party connectors.
- AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI) APIs for document classification, entity extraction, or intelligent email intake automation.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — ability to break down complex business requirements into clear technical solutions, debug across the stack, and propose pragmatic approaches under time constraints.
- Testing: Comfortable creating unit and integration tests using pytest, with an understanding of test coverage for workflows and state transition logic.
