- Create, implement, and maintain heuristics and/or complex mathematical optimization models using GUROBI, IBM CPLEX to increase operational efficiency.
- Handle various variables and constraints, such as demand fluctuations, restrictions, and resources, ensuring that mathematical solutions are applicable in the real context and adaptable to frequent changes in the operational environment.
- Communicate effectively with international stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams (with different cultures and customs), ensure end-to-end technology deliveries generating business value and solution compliance.
- Architecture and development of digital and analytical systems.
- Integration of systems, operational data, and industrial platforms.
- Development of data, AI, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Predictive modeling, heuristics, and process optimization.
- Data engineering and analytical pipelines.
- Ensuring scalability, security, governance, and performance.
- Integrated work with business, operations, and engineering areas.
