ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for a Senior professional with solid experience on the ServiceNow platform to develop and evolve low-code solutions in complex corporate environments. The professional will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in architecture, product, and design, contributing with best practices, documentation, and code reviews in agile sprints.
WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY
- Develop and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Create and evolve workflows, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and advanced scripts
- Develop low-code solutions with Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and Service Catalog
- Build and customize interfaces in the Service Portal: widgets, themes, and responsive layouts
- Integrate ServiceNow with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and external tools via APIs
- Collaborate with architects and analysts in defining scalable solutions
- Participate in sprints and agile ceremonies with multidisciplinary teams
- Document solutions and provide technical support
- Contribute with development best practices and code reviews
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Technology or related areas
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow: workflows, scripts, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and integrations - Exclusive
- Proficiency in JavaScript for platform development
- Knowledge in low-code development with Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, and Service Catalog
- Experience with Glide API, IntegrationHub, and Scripted REST APIs
- Experience with Service Portal: widget development, theme customization, and responsive interfaces
- Integration with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and external tools via APIs
- Good knowledge of Java and/or Python for automations and microservices
- Familiarity with solution architecture and ability to collaborate with architects and analysts
- Understanding of UX/UI for building functional and intuitive interfaces
- Technical English: reading, documentation, and meeting participation
- Experience in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira - Desirable
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ServiceNow CSA and/or CAD certifications - Desirable
- Experience with App Engine Studio and custom solutions in Creator Workflows - Desirable
- Experience with scalable architecture and platform governance
