Job Opening: Senior Martech Analyst (Focus on SFMC)
About the Challenge
At our consultancy, we integrate CRM, Martech, Data, Media, and Technology to generate real results for our clients. We are looking for a Senior Martech Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to go beyond operations: we want someone who ensures platform health, makes data-driven financial decisions, and technically leads complex projects.
If you can easily navigate between technical architecture, stack governance, and negotiations with Sales, Growth, and IT stakeholders, this role is for you.
What you'll do day-to-day (Your Responsibilities)
- Technical Governance and Architecture: Lead advanced configurations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), utilizing Contact Builder, SSJS, AMPscript, and SQL, as well as integrations via APIs REST/SOAP.
- Stack and Budget Management: Monitor tool usage (e.g., license consumption and Supermessages), identify waste, optimize investments, and demonstrate the ROI of Martech operations to management.
- Strategic Prioritization: Act as the technical focal point, using prioritization frameworks (like ICE, RICE) to balance urgent business demands (Growth/Sales) with the resolution of critical technical debt.
- Deliverability and Health: Ensure infrastructure reputation and governance, including IP/SAP management and Business Unit (BU) structuring.
- Technical Leadership and Processes: Elevate the team's efficiency bar by mentoring Junior and Mid-level profiles, and establishing clear process metrics (delivery SLAs, campaign cycle time, and reduction of error/rework rates).
Minimum requirements
What we're looking for (Technical Requirements)
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Proficiency in automations and languages: AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling (Contact Builder) and integrations (APIs REST and SOAP).
- Hands-on experience with governance of complex accounts (multiple BUs) and deliverability configurations (dedicated IP, SAP).
