What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like?
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work in the Tech Modernization area, and your main activities will be:
- Define and evolve the product strategy, aligning business priorities, customer needs, and organizational objectives;
- Manage the product roadmap, ensuring the prioritization of initiatives with the greatest value generation for clients and stakeholders;
- Gather, analyze, and translate user and business area needs into requirements, functionalities, and evolution opportunities;
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, detailing user stories, acceptance criteria, and directing team deliveries;
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the execution of initiatives;
- Monitor product performance indicators, analyzing metrics, results, user behavior, and continuous improvement opportunities;
- Conduct solution discovery and validation (discovery), using research, tests, benchmarks, and data to support decisions;
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality products and functionalities, monitoring the end-to-end development cycle and ensuring value generation for the business and clients.

Requirements
- Experience in product management acting as PO, PM, or related roles;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe), participating in backlog management and agile ceremonies;
- Ability to prioritize and define roadmaps, balancing business objectives, customer experience, and technical feasibility;
- Experience in gathering and translating requirements, transforming business needs into deliverables for development teams;
- Experience in analyzing product indicators and metrics, using data for decision-making and results tracking;
- Relationship and influence skills, working with stakeholders from different areas and hierarchical levels;
- Knowledge of customer journey and user experience (UX), with a focus on value generation and problem-solving.
It will be a differential if you have:
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Product Management, Business, Technology, or related areas;
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, PMPO, SAFe, or Agile;
- Experience in financial products, investments, payments, or the banking market.
