What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like?
As a Senior Product Owner, you will work in the Acquiring area, and your main activities will include: ·
- Scope and MVP definition; ·
- Backlog Management; ·
- Design Business Flows; ·
- Direct and Ensure the production of prototypes; ·
- Direct and ensure that the benefits of the scope and MVPs are clear and validated; ·
- Map and ensure that all areas and systems are involved in the different project phases and that they have integrated planning among them; ·
- Map risks, impediments, and impacts on processes. Generate performance indicators for your squad and propose action plans for improvements; ·
- Write stories, define test scenarios, perform homologation, and ensure and lead rituals such as: DOB, DOR, Dailys, Retrospectives, System Demo, and PDCA cycles.

Requirements ·
- Management of digital products, from conception to continuous evolution; ·
- Ability to map risks and identify impacts with a focus on solutions. Interpret information into stories, business rules, functionalities, flows, and processes; ·
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques. Focus on delivering value to the customer and the company. Definition and prioritization of backlog, aligned with business and user experience metrics; ·
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with agile management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or similar; ·
- Experience in digital product development; ·
- Data analysis, using metrics for prioritization and performance monitoring; ·
- Experience with A/B testing; ·
- Experience in acquiring, payments (payment methods), sub-acquirers, and payment gateways.
It will be a differential if you have: ·
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
