What you'll do day-to-day
- Act as a technical and architectural reference in ServiceNow projects;
- Gather and define requirements with the client;
- Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with the platform;
- Define architectures, integrations, and best practices for ServiceNow solutions;
- Guide and technically lead development teams;
- Participate in technical discussions and support architectural decisions;
- Interact with stakeholders at different levels, ensuring alignment between business and technology.
What we're looking for in the person who will join the team
- Solid experience in ServiceNow, working on complex projects and corporate environments;
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine and development of scalable solutions;
- Strong experience with integrations on the ServiceNow platform, including definition and implementation of architectures;
- Ability to drive architectural definitions, technically guide teams, and support strategic decisions;
- Consultative profile, with excellent communication, ability to gather and refine requirements, and lead client meetings.
Additionally, knowledge is desirable
- Experience with ITSM modules;
- Experience with Portal or Employee Portal in the ServiceNow ecosystem;
- Knowledge of other platform modules;
- Experience in banking environments or large corporate programs;
- Experience with enterprise architecture and governance of ServiceNow platforms.
