Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform;
- Act in the evolution of the platform with a focus on Global Governance, SPM, App Engine, and Portal;
- Implement improvements, fixes, and new functionalities;
- Ensure the quality, performance, and security of solutions;
- Develop workflows, automations, integrations, and corporate applications;
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and indicators;
- Act in the technical definition and solution modeling;
- Work together with multidisciplinary teams and global stakeholders;
- Manage demands with autonomy and organization;
- Disseminate best practices and ServiceNow development standards;
- Support the continuous evolution of the platform and corporate processes.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer;
- Experience in ServiceNow Core/Global (JavaScript, ACLs, CMDB, Flow Designer, Workflows, data modeling, performance, and troubleshooting);
- Experience with SPM (Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Management);
- Proficiency in JavaScript;
- Experience with report and dashboard development;
- Knowledge of GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideSystem, and GlideScopedEvaluator;
- Knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration;
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping;
- Knowledge of ACLs, Roles, Data Policies, and data security;
- Experience with App Engine Studio and scoped application development;
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Agile);
- ServiceNow CSA Certification.
